The board is comprised entirely of volunteers that run the organization. Of the current 17 board members, 14 are Odyssey Alumni. Many already participated in national and international competitions, some have coaching experience.

Board members are elected by the members of Odyssey of the Mind Deutschland e.V, at the annual meeting. The next election is scheduled for fall 2024, but we're always looking for more members to volunteer their time! If you are interested, just get in touch!

Board meetings are open to the public and are held Monday evenings every 4 weeks (1st of each month) in a hybrid format (in person and online).
