We always need people to help organise competitions and make sure everything runs smoothly. Therefore we need helping hands in the following departments:

home room & food prep
merchandise & sale
judging & scoring
- translations
We also train volunteers to judge during competitions. To familiarize yourself with your duties, it is highly recommended to attend the Officials Training prior to the competition.

Tasks:
Translate the problem and prepare judging documents. Train and manage the judging team. Meet with the coach to review scores.

Tasks:
Score aspects of the performances (i.e Long-term or Style). Congratulate the team after and ask questions in a warm manner that prompts the team to talk and even brag about their solution. Smile!
Tasks:
Greet and relax teams. Introduce teams to the site. Check paperwork. Give teams the chance to fix anything that is wrong or missing (e.g. membership sign, shoes).

Tasks:
Meet the teams. Take paperwork to the judges. Announce the team to the audience. Keep time.
